With the global rise in prevalence of anxiety disorders understanding of the microbiota-gut-brain (MGB) axis has a critical role in comprehensive approaches to mental health. Isabel Sweitzer is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist with a passion for science, nature and integration. Her goal is to open up the possibility for anyone to have enhanced vitality, no matter their age or condition. She believes that the most subtle levels of nature hold the greatest energy. This is reflected in her treatment style that emphasizes gentle intervention at its heart. She specializes in French homeopathy, drainage detoxification therapy and Japanese acupuncture. Isabel was raised by a psychotherapist, sees an interpersonal neurobiology therapist and couples’ therapist, and has attended psychotherapy workshops with clinicians such as Bonnie Badenoch.
