AMHA-OR invites professionals in the Portland Metro area to have copies of our Therapists Directory delivered FREE now, and again every several months.
Many professional practices enjoy having AMHA-OR Directories delivered so they always have current referral information. Some settings order a Directory for each practitioner, order extras to give out when they suggest consultation with a mental health professional. The choice is yours. We deliver.
You help people who may be depressed, anxious, lonely, or grieving, who may struggle with communication and relationship problems, have anger outbursts, suffer the stress of chronic illness, of employment or business concerns, school problems or divorce. Some have problems following from traumatic events or the effects of childhood or domestic abuse. You provide care for people who have addictive disorders, children with developmental or behavior problems and people who are simply seeking support for their own personal, emotional or career development. AMHA-OR members have skills to offer support and resolution for these human concerns.
No one practitioner can meet the needs of every person. AMHA members offer our varied skills collaboratively and make frequent cross-referrals to medical, complimentary, alternative, and other specialized human services professionals. We want to make sure you always have copies of our current Directory at hand so you can make useful referrals for your patients.
