8 weeks Thursdays 6:30-8pm. Are you shy and passive? Or aggressive and abrasive when you do speak up?
Learn to act in your own best interest without anger or anxiety; to express yourself comfortably without infringing on the rights of others.
Group is project-oriented. Members will work on at least one assertive communication project. Fees: $100 screening & $400 for 8 sessions.
